Urgent:Error:SO_OBJECT_MIME_GET Exception : No Mail is sent to inbox

Hi experts

When testing Alerts through RSALERTTEST, the alert is received in the Alert Inbox but no mail is sent to inbox.

I m getting this SO_OBJECT_MIME_GET Exception

Hi Deb

Which service pack are using . In case you are using SP14 and above , note 913858 has to be implemented

After implementing note you have to do few settings

Execute scot->setting->default domain and add here default domain xyz.com

Hi Arya,

Try this options, it should work :

1.In the SCOT screen, use the menu path /Settings /Default Domain. Enteryour company's domain name here (i.e. "your_company.com").

2.Check the Default Domain in Transaction SCOT.
