Can't Create Invoice

Hai ..

I created a sales order..did delivery PGI..i have two line items in the sales order.If we check the schedule line for the first line item the system delivered qty 10 where as if i check the second line item it shows 0...even though i have created delivery and PGI.

Could anybody say what should be done.
