Picking Confirmation

Dear ALL,

i am using the EK00 as condition type for picking output. when taking the print out from VL70(T-code) , the Delivery quntity will automatically copying as Picking quntity in delivery document.

where i make the picking confirmation and how i confirm the picking list .

can anyone tell what will be the process for picking confiramtion.
