What is the difference between CO41 & COHV tcodes?

What is the difference between collective conversions & mass processing conversion of planned orders into production orders? Do we get the same result from both these tcodes? If yes then how and why?

Hi ,

Functionality was the same for both the t-codes related to order conversion.

COHV- You can't edit any values during plnd order to production order conversion.

CO41 - We can edit some of the fields, Expl.. the stat date , End date and material Qnty before conversion.
