Hi guys,
when I create a new service request in CRM Web UI, the partner determination is triggered, when I enter a sold to party (determination process: sold to -> ship to -> target area) in a service request.
Is it possible to trigger this determination again, if one of the partners is changed? I found the function module "CRM_PARTNER_REDETERMINE_EC", but this checks if the main partner of the service request is changed. In my case, this is the employee responsible (set in table "COMC_PARTNER_OBJ") and I must not change that.
Is there any possibility to call the determination pop up, when changing a business partner, maybe with a function module that is called in the setter method of the partner?
