Billing and Sales Document are empty in FBL3N report

Hi All,

I need to see the billing and sales document related to the FBL3N report. Why is it always empty.

Do I need to make some configurations ?

you can get billing number in FBL3N:

select assignment filed in screen layout screen,

I know.. U mean I cannot use the "billing doc" and "sales doc" field in screen layout ??

I'm also curious... the field "asset" also always empty.

Check the header information of your billing document. Under the 'accounting information' the Reference field must have the billing document number. Ideally this is transferred to FI doc.

Hi,

In FBL3N you can get sales document , just give ur company code, in dynamic selections give ur billing document type Ex: RV

I mean.. I need to see the billing document / sales document in FBL3N. When I look at the "change layout" menu, the SAP provide this. But, it always empty.

Maybe it has something to do with the copying control configurations ?? Could you tell me please.
