Hi friends this is santosh, can anybody please tell me,If 30,000 open sales orders are there in legacy system. Then how much time it will take for uploading the datas into PRD server in BDC method ?
Hi:
In BDC, use Call transaction method to upload open sales orders.Use background process.
Always, first upload in dev, check whether it is uploaded correctly, then do it production system.
It is take less than 30m to complete it.
Please let me know if you need more information.
Assign points if useful.

Hi Santhosh,
any how you need to upload first in Dev then upload the same in Quality then Upload in PRD. You need not bother about the time, it may take hardly 30mts. and also try to do this in background as it will be faster than foreground.
Cheers,
Anil.

Dear Freind,
The BDC Can be done with the help of the ABAPER .
If you are a functional Consultant then you can as well do it with LSMW transaction after recording the Feilds you can make your own Batch Input for the same.
There are also BAPI program for this
try this.
BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
reward points if helpful,
