Not able to upload employee photos in OAOH transaction

Greetings,

I am not able to upload employee photos in OAOH transaction. I did the configuration in Sandbox succesfully but when doing the same in ECC DEV, I am getting the folowing error

"HTTP error: 500 Internal Server Error"
