Time Wage Type Creation

I want to create Time wage types for:

1. Leave with out Pay

2.SIck Leav

3.Causal Leave

4.Compensatory Off

Cna any one help me by telling which model wage type i can use it to copy.

OR which wage type group ican use for TIme Management.
