    Hello,

The sales order is a contractual agreement between a sales organization and a sold-to party about delivering products or providing a service for defined prices, quantities and times.

    Hi,

Answer for your question is I have used sales order to do only testing when I was doing SD solution.

Basically creating sales order is not my job itu2019s a End user job.

    Thanks,

    T.Nishanth

Answer depends on whether he is asking this question with respect to implementation experience or support exp.

If implementation then you say you customised the SD module and sales order document type, item category type and schedule line....eg...ZOR, ZRA,ZKA....

If support you can tell while the end user CSR created sales order ther was some problem with creation, you found out the reason and rectified it..eg..give any standard error you face while creating sales order.

    hope this helps..
