Hi
Is it possible to restore one of the Client only, not a full
SQL database, e.g. client#123, and what is the steps?
Please !..
Thanks,
Larry
Hi Larry,
Yes it is possible to restore client with client import-export or client copy.
This is totally different from database restoration.
But remember one thing, what ever task you are doing it should complete success fully.
Don't think about how much time its consuming.
The following link may helps you in Client export and import.

HI,
Thanks for your reply.
It may be time consuming to restore the backup copy
to another system and do the client copy. It may
spend nearly half a day.
Is it possible to have another alternative solution?
Thanks,
Larry

The database (no matter which one) doesn´t know anything about a "client", the backup saves pages from disk to tape (or to another disk). It´s not possible to partially restore contents out of it.
What you could do would be restore into a second system and then do a client copy.
