That SAP Note describes opening the "Documents" tab in BI Launchpad.
That is not the issue, I can open the "Documents"-tab successfully.
The issue we have is changing a preference (General, Web Intelligence, ...) in BI Launchpad. When we click on the button "Save", the error message is displayed :
This error occurred: "Failed. Please check the logs or contact your SAP Business Objects Administrator"
