Hi Forum
I cannot get a price for my product in a quotation.
I have created a product and included 0PRO contion for that product with a price of 1000 GBP. When I create a quotation, the price remais as 0 GBP in the prices tab.
My pricing procedure is determined and I used the ffg:
Cust Pric Proc: Standard
Pricing proc: 0CRM01.
Is there any steps that I have missed out.
Usin CRM 5.0

Hi Avinash,
1. Check the condition tab at the item level, if any record can be seen their.
Also click on Accesses, Choose Step (which must be red), and analyse which table and wat keys IPC is looking for.
2. Check the item category customizing. It should be marked Pricing relevant and pricing should be active.
3. Go to transaction SM53, choose Cache info -> State in the navigation (Left Hand side)
choose Regionoverview in the right hand side and than click on delete. This shall refresh the IPC cache.
