PLA Op balance upload

Dear Sir

I want to upload PLa op Balances .So what i have done is i uploaded GL Balance of PLA through FI side.and then i upload PLA balalces in Table J_2IACCBAL to get balances in PLA register.

and after that when i am exctracting the PLA register i am not getting the openning balance in the PLA Register.

Please guide me . IS i am on the Right path
