T-Code PRAA Error message /usr/sap/sysid/SYS/global/APACT is not in the directory area "/tmp/"

Hi

We have upgraded from EHP 6 to EHP 8 and since then we are getting this message in the new EHP 8 environments. The first step/program - RPRAPA00 - in the job completes but the next step/program - RFBIKR00 - returns this message.

I have looked at Note 2356477 but it does not resolve our issue.

Any suggestions?
