T-Code PRAA Error message /usr/sap/sysid/SYS/global/APACT is not in the directory area "/tmp/"

Hi

We have upgraded from EHP 6 to EHP 8 and since then we are getting this message in the new EHP 8 environments. The first step/program - RPRAPA00 - in the job completes but the next step/program - RFBIKR00 - returns this message.

I have looked at Note 2356477 but it does not resolve our issue.

Any suggestions?

First of all, this issue is not related to "FIN Accounts Receivable and Payable" as your Primary Tag shows but related to Basis and you need to change the Primary Tag accordingly. Hi

Thank you for your response. I selected that tag because our issue is with PRAA and we are still not sure if it has to do with the logical paths. We have compared our EHP6 and EHP8 configurations in FILE and they are the same.
We also do no see any authorization issues.
I would be happy to change the tag once I have determined it is something basis can fix and I will look at the note you have suggested.

We resolved this by changing the new path suggested by SAP in new EHP.
