extracting data from lo datasource's based on date

HI sap guru's,

i had a problem,we are extracting the data form LO datasources using v3 update method,some of the data for particular period say( from April 2006-may 2007) is missing ,how to load this particular data into the bw without changing the current data flow.

hi,

always the missing records can be extracted using full repair load that will not affect ur current V3 update and the current delta load.

for LO init/full/full repair loads will be extracted only from the setup tables.

first initialize the setup table for ur Lo applications for the selection period.(before that delete the setup table content in LBWG for that application).

initializing setup table can be done in the transaction OLIBW( varies for application)

You'd need to run the setup job for the date range and load full repair request.
