Production report and Confirmations

Good afternoon Guys (CAT)Please kindly please please need your assistance here in South Africa Production Process Order Confirmation COR6.

1. What movement in SAP reporting that's denote Production into the plant?

2. Practical Plant Scenario; Production Process Order, I have confirmed 1000 tonnes, 250KW/h Energy, and 500L Diesel movement 101 261 BUT suddenly the Quality Dept say the material confirmed has failed the requirements. I then physical take back this material to the input of the plant but through 309 transfer of material to material not confirmation (recipe, resource). My question is what would be a production for that day? Do we reverse the confirmation of Process Orders, and reverse the tonnes but surely the energy and diesel cannot be reverse because is already burned. Please please what would be a right way to see through this because we have issues of reversing process orders here in South Africa. The reason is because the accounting people say if not would affect the production cost. Eish please Sir help me. Thank you million times.

Hello,

The process order has actually produced 1000 tonnes and actually consumed energy and diesel, regardless of the final product being within requirements. If you reverse 101 then the consumptions (that are actual and should not be reversed) will be w/o any production mapping. I believe that the order should not be touched and that the produced material should be either scrapped or reprocessed to map final requirements.
