Universal Work List

Hi Experts,

When ever any user logs in to portal a universal work list (UWL) will be displayed with the data. That UWL is created by whom whether a portal consultant or webdynpro consultant and how the data is populated into uwl are there any settings for that or do we need to write any logic to populate the data.

Please send any documents on this.
