Setting up new Acitons

Hi

I am trying to set up new Personnel Actions, system does not allow any copying of existing entries or create new entries.

The error msg is as follows:

Upd.0000 = 'X' is only allowed for Upd.0302 = 'X'

can someone help

In order to rectify the error...the integration switch ADMIN_EVSUP has to be blank in the table T77S0.

That deactivates the IT0302.

to deactivate IT0302,

Hi Venkat,

-->Go to SM30

-->Maintain the T77S0

-->Delete the '1' in the value abbreviation column for the integration switch ADMIN_EVSUP in table T77S0

to deactivate IT0302 (additional actions)

-->Save

That will save your problem !

Do i need to check this box for all action types ? Even if i am not using them ? if so , any reasons ?

U0000 - specify whether your new action should create a bew actions infotype record.

U0302- whether Personal Action is stored in Addition action infotype

I understand this part, but i dont understand why is it mandatory to check U0302 box if i am not using that particular action type.

what actually happens is when i am saving my new action types, cursor goes to some other action type where U0302 is not checked and does not save what i have created.
