While genearting Background Job , receiving only 16 pages out of 82 Pages .

For a standard report , A background job is scheduled & its showing as finished . When I check the Spool we have 85 pages , But user is not receiving all pages ( 20 pages only receiving ) .

Please provide any settings required for this .

you may explain this situation in more detail. What does "receiving" exactly mean? What does he do in which transaction?

I guess you mean to say that..

The spool sent to the recipient has only limited pages, but when viewed in the system you can view all the pages of the spool generated by the job? If so, then please check the sapnote 329537 - Spool cut off at 1000 lines when sent to recipient
