Query is not executing in Analyzer when real-time is in Plan mode?

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create an Input-ready query using aggregate on real-time info cube.

I drag and drop all the characteristics to row and free characteristics, and key figure to column. On key figure, I checked it as Input-ready query, also query is in change mode.

But when i am trying to execute a report it is showing the error "A critical program has occured . The program will now terminate".

But when I am executing the report with real-time cube data load mode, it is executing, But here i can't give the inputs.

So, please Suggest me some ideas how can i resolve this error.
