Generation of Co-Product requirements when it is at semi finished product

Hi,

I am using Co-Products at semi finished level. And in Finished product, I am using these Co-Products as components. When I am running MRP at finished product level, requirements for co-products(semi finished) will be inconsistent and unable to identify exact requirement of co-product. Could you please suggest

the issue is very interesting.

Just to check the requirements of co-product, please place MRP Type as ND for co-product and see the results..Now, by placing the MRP Type as ND, system will place the requirements only ( no further planning takes place).

I guess, the system is unable to place requirements properly due to co-product is placed in FG..

Already I put ND for Co-products to see the requirement qty.

But I need the planned orders with correct quantity at Co-Product(semi finished) level. If I put PD correct qty (Planned order qty) is not getting. There is inconsistence.

Is there any setting which gives the correct qty planned order?

Could you please suggest.
