On premise to cloud online Fiori Applications

Hi,

We are using SAP Version 1 Fiori Application - My Timesheet(HCM_TS_CRE) on SAP NW gateway server(on-premise).

Now, we are planning to move all the standard online apps from on-premise to cloud(SMP 3.0). Is there any tool that can help to move the standard Fiori apps that sits on gateway to cloud(SMP 3.0).

Once this step is done we need to activate the functionality of offline capability for the same online app that we moved to cloud platform.

I need suggestion to proceed further.
