free goods urgent

Hi,

In freegoods i have created a new table Plant /Material and assigned it to the access sequence .all other settings are done properly. but when i maintan condition records using the above table iam not getting the freegoods result in sales order.and if i maintain on customer /material table freegoods is working.(note in sales order plant is entered manually)?

Hi Rohit,

In Sales order screen goto main menu Environment> Analysis> Free goods--> ON. This will give you an analysis for the free goods with the condition record maintained.

Hope the analysis helps you to solve the issue. Also check the condition table & access seq are properly created.

The same scenario, we created free goods with plant combination. for us also it is not working but other than plant, if we create any key combination available, it is working. in my view the plant table & field is not assigned for free goods, for confirmation pls check it in SE16 for that particular table & field.

Hi

Check in IMG settings whether the newly created table Plant/Material is activated or not. In the access sequence- select the table - click on fields.

Check whether the condition records for free goods are existing(VBN2). Sometimes we forget to save the entries while creating the condition records.

enter the plant at item level. then go to the conditions tab and update pricing.

check in the t code VBN2 and find if the value which you have entered is updated or not

if it is not gettinng updated then reenter and then check

Change the plant manually at Item level and check.

Save the order and check from VA02/VA03.

Hi Rohit,

Goto XD02 and specify plant in Sales Area Data in Shipping tab

Goto MM02 and Specify Delivering Plant in Sales org 1 view.

now raise a Sales Order and let me know whether you are able to see Free Goods.
