How to count expected DB growth

Hi experts,

I need to count expected DB growth per part of the BW (one specific project which is already in use). I can see the number of the records loaded daily in InfoCubes, ODS and Master data tables. Can anyone tell me what is the size of 1 record (viewed in the monitor)? Is 1 record the same as 1 datapacket? Is there any other option, how to do the job?

I wouldn't use the monitor for this.

Use DB02. There you can query for the size statistics of the fact tables, active tables etc.
