Real Estate Business Partner

Hi RE Friends,

I m doing a contract business process Like lease-in and Lease-out.

I have business partner like:

Employee

Vendor

Customer

Can i create one Business Partner for Employee/Vendor/Customer toLease-in and Lease-out contract.

To simple for user and reduce the master data.

can anbody suggest?

ya i know we can create one BP with different role catogory assignment.

Question in detail:-

Ex:2201 is a BP for an employee and have other roles of landlord vendor and customer tenent in it.

I have Maintained settings Business vendor in IMG for automatic creation of vendor for a BP.

when i use 2201 BP in lease-in contract for landlord vendor.

I have an Error: BP 2201 is not vendor.

I unable link vendor to BP in T.code: FLBPC2

For this i have an error BP 2201 can not be assiged to Vendor.

Please help for this solution.

Hi,

yes its possible to create the business partner in the manner you wish to create. We can assign role categories to the BP so that the same BP can be used to perform various roles.

This helps in preventing redundancy and as and when a role is anticipated to a BP, we just assign the specific role instead of creating a new BP again.

There are several predefined roles that are available in SAP
