Is there any provision to restrict monthly Overtime quota based on Employee group/Subgroup?

Dear all,

I would like to restrict the monthly Overtime quota entitlement based on the employee group.

1. Whenever an employee apply for it on ESS, it should check his balance OT quota till date and if enough quota is available, then system shall allow it.

2. Only specific group/subgroup of employee is eligible for OT. How to restrict them in the system?

How to achieve it through standard solution?
