Combination table - query

Dear mentors,

I working on one query in which i want to relate sales area with shipping point .

please suggesst the better way to approach the requirement.

For your query, use logical database VLV.

It will meet your requirements.

From your question, I presume you know how to create query. I am giving details in brief.

1. create user group - Transaction SQ03

2. Create Infoset - Transaction SQ02

for example create Infoset : ZKAM

you would get a screen Infoset: Title & Database

Enter brief description for your query

select logical database option and enter : VLV

you want to use sales area & shipping point in your query

For tables LIKP & LIPS, check mark in Use check box.

you would be in change infoset screen.

select field shipping point in table LIKP and in right pane select SD document delivery header data. click button insert field in field group.

Similarly repeat steps for sales organization field in LIKP table & Distribution channel , Division fields in LIPS table.

You can also add other fields as per your requirement

Save & generate your Infoset

3. Create query - Transaction SQ01

Select your infoset & give a description for the query and click Basic list button.

From Left pane select fields by applying check mark.

Fields check marked would appear on right hand pane.

click test button and follow the screens.

sorry for the delay in response , i do not have the authorisation for SQ03 and SQ02 , let me get it and check .
