Travel managment, PAid Trips, Changes {Urgent}

Hello consultants,

I have an issues which could be solved by your expertise. I am using travel management and once all the cycle is completed and trips expenses are posted to Fi the rip gets the status of trip Paid in SAP Travel Manager.

Currently when I click on any "Posted Trip" it gives me a pop up

"Changes in posting past trigger adjustment postings. DO you really want to contunue" and then I can enter the trip data again can make changes what ever required. say expense amounts.

on changing the expense amounts it gets the trip status of " trip completed" "To be Settled" from "" Trip approved" "" Settled"

I want to stop it once the trips is being paid it should not be changed again.
