Is there any tool to load information from a file to SOLMAN- SOLAR01?

Hi,

We are looking for a tool to load the information of business scenarios, business process, transactions, and documents, from a file to Solution Manager, in the SOLAR01 transaction. We were trying with LSMW and SHDB but the system did not generate the fields name of the structure. So we could not to create a batch input. We were looking for a bapi or a badi but we did not find it. We would appreciate your help.
