Redirect not working anymore

I had a document KM in SCN migrated to AEM and the Redirect was working. However, now I receive the error message:

Sorry! The requested content could not be found.

and I am sent to the Archive.

The original Link was

https://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-64633

the Redirect was pointing to

http://go.sap.com/documents/2016/05/80f9d984-737c-0010-82c7-eda71af511fa.html

I can still Access the document via this link but other documents using the original link do not work anymore.

What can I do?

There seems to be a known issue with KM docs.
