Hi,
We've ugraded our CRM system from CRM 5.0 to CRM2007. I created a new business role, copy from SALESPRO including a workcentre Activity. This workcentre has SLS-ACT-SR as the logical link ID, so when I click on the nav bar it takes me to Search Activity screen. All is working fine and I can search for all transaction types with transaction category 'Business Activity', but when I click on the new icon to create a new activity, a popup appears, and I can only create two types of activities, one is a Z transaction, the other is email outgoing, but I can't see/create any of the other ones.
How can I make the other transactions visible? Why is it picking up one randomly since they all seem to be set up in the same way?
Help would be highly appreciated.
