Problem with install SAP Crystal Reports Runtime

Hi,

We are trying to install SAP Crystal Reports Runtime (64Bit) v. 13_0_22. After migration to Visual Studio 2017 there is a problem with installation it on some of our client machines(with different Windows OS: Win 8.1, Win 7, Win Server 2012 etc.). On a couple of machines the instalation is OK, but some of them are fail with the following error:

Would you recommend us some actions for succesfully upgrade to version: CRforVS_mergemodules_13_0_22.zip
