Dear all
This is my first post to SDN so I hope you can help me.
I have just activated Sales Orders in BW. I created the set up table using OLI7BW and I have started the delta updates into BW. This is working correctly, however I am now finding that there were Sales Orders missing off the initial setup table load, and therefore I am getting some very odd results.
I did not bring in all of the sales orders as there are 10 years worth, and no archiving. However there are some old sales orders that are still called off by customers.
I can Identify which sales orders are missing, but I was wanting to find out if there is anyway I can load these into BW without having to go through the whole painful set up process and starting again (Please no!!)
Again many thanks for any help you can give me
Regards
Gareth
If you know which sales orders are missing, you can do a full repair for these orders.
To do this you'll have to fill the setup tables for these orders (yep) and make sure they're not edited during the fill.
That's about the only option you have.

Thanks for you response, do I first delete the current data in the Set up table and to start afresh then just add the missing records to the set up table, or do I just add them to the existing date in the set up table?
I am asking this because it took a lot of time to set the table up and I don't want to mess it up!!
Thanks again, I will award points to you
Gareth
That choice is up to you.
If you don't empty the setup table, you'll have to enter a selection on documentnr in your infopackage.
If you empty it, and afterwards fill it with the missing docs, you can do a full load without selection and only the missing docs are extracted.
But you don't have to empty it.
Hi,
Just one caution, though..
Just to complement what has been mentioned in the earlier responses - for these newly added Sales Orders (through the additional Full Load as a Repair Request), Delta will not be available. I mean to say, if the users make any changes to these orders, these changes will not be extracted into the BW system as part of the daily Delta Load. In this case, we have to use the Selective Deletion of the existing records on the BW system, and repeat the same steps mentioned in the earlier responses to get the updated image of the data record into the BW system.
