How to check the exchange rate in the document?

Hi

The exchange rate is available in the document header.

Go to FB03 and check the header

Assign points if helpful

Go to FBL1N execute

select the lay out

Select the Document Currency and exc rate.

it can be viewed on the same line item.

Hi,

Exchage rates are created in OB08 and OB09 t code.

if u update there exchange rate from date, currency to currency, rate.

then in any posting of GL u can enter the invoice in any currency and post them

in that currency .

It’s a Accounting document – Order settlement (K088)document type SA.

All other accounting documents posted correctly except this order settlement – Taking incorrect exchange rate.

Go to the Order and Display --> Documented Good Movements.

This should show you all the goods movments, including settlement documents. Look for the Material Document in this list and open that in MB03. Click on "Accounting Documents" and you should see the Accounting, Controlling and ML Documents (if active).

There are multiple ways:

1. Go to FB03 - check the amounts in FC, LC and LC1 and then determine the rates offline.

2. Go to EWCT and then find out the rates based on the date.

3. Go to SE16 and then TCURR(table) and then find out the rates by date.

What type of document? Billing? Invoice? Accounting?
