Hi Members,

I have a requirement where i have to display (in a report output) a requirement quantity of deliveries and stock transport orders which are displayed in MD04 transaction for particular material and plant.

I don't know which tables these quantities sit into.

If you know please help.

Points will be suitably rewarded.

Boby

Hi,

To find the tables involved in the transaction MD04 do the following...

Goto se93 get the program name for the tcode MD04 ..

Give that program name in SE80 .. U can find the tables used under Dictionary structures...

Hope it is helpful..

Chithra

if you only have to display deliveries and stock transport orders you can take LIKP and LIPS for the deliveries and LTAK and LTAP for transport orders.

for all the other elements displayed by MD04 we would have to know about your setup: are you using dispo-areas (which would populate tables MDMA ...) so in that case please provide more information.

There is no such transaction as SE49 dear member

Good Boby..This transaction does exist in versions like 4.6C but omitted in latest versions like ECC 5.0. By the way what is your SAP version??

Going through SE80 includes both tables as well as structures used in the program for the tcode..

One more way I suggest is to use SQL trace..ST05.

Goto ST05 in an other session click on button 'Trace ON'. This starts the SQL trace. Now exeute MD04. After finishing with MD04 switch the trace off in ST05. Then click on List Trace. This gives you a list of all the database tables that the transaction has fetched data from with the select statements.

good luck..

i am on ECC 5.0. there's no such transaction. if you had cared to read note 1089021 you would know that the transactions SE48 and SE49 are no longer delivered. they died with NW620.

Hi Boby,

The delivery tables are LIKP, LIPS.

One suggestion is ..if you want to know the tables used in a transaction, then goto TCode SE49, give the transaction MD04 and click on display..it gives a list of all tables used in MD04.

Hope the info is useful.
