Business sends us a file that we load from AL11 to PSA. Now we are facing an issue where text in "comment" column has new line characters. Infopackage load fails when this file is tried to load into PSA:
Error spilitting the csv data record (value1, value2...)
We have tried to write a conversion exit for that field to handle new line char but conversion exit is not being called when infopackage is executed. Not sure why.
And is there any way to handle this scenario?
