Duplicate commitments in CJI5 report

Dear Experts,

I have below two issues WRT CJI5. Seeking your advise

1) Duplicate PO line items are created when the WBS is changed in the PO without changing the WBS in the PR requisition.

As POs are created with ref to PRs. CJI5 is not expected to show commitments for those PRs

2) WBS in the PO are changed but the changes are not reflected in the CJI5 Extracts . Currently CJI5 extracts are picking up WBS from PR

Hi Anand,

Just delete the Activity under the network for the PR or move the PR to different activity, this should solve your issue.

Thank you Maria,

Network or Activity is not used. We just create projects and WBS Elements under it.

Please advise if I need to provide additional information on these two issues

Hi Anand,

Check in OSS notes, there should be some correction notes. Check this note.
