How to unlock KM Folder in Enterprise Portal?

Dear Experts,

Iam working with Knowledge management Portal.One of my user has open 'Zip file' through local editing option in KM Portal bt unfortunetly he was not able to run that functionality properly ,so he was not closed all the windows proper and he was just logoff portal directly.

so now iam going to delete that respective folder from administrator user bt iam not sucesseded.

it prompts below message:

Item "TCI 132.zip" in this folder is locked by user Justin Wiercinski

So kindly help me out to resolve this issue.
