hi

In SAP CRM, the entry and processing functions for contracts and orders are used by the Telecommunications, Utilities, Public Sector, and Waste & Recycling solutions. Master data can be entered in SAP CRM in order to control business transactions in the backend IS systems (IS-U, IS-T, IS-WA, and IS-PS).

In the business agreement, you can store controlling data for long-term business relationships with a business partner.

This data controls processes in invoicing, contract accounts receivable and payable, taxation, and correspondence processing. You can define several business agreements for each business partner.

You can activate the business agreement function in Customizing. The function allows you to connect the SAP ERP component FI-CA in the SAP system with SAP CRM.

In the case of a business transaction, the system maintains the allocation of the transaction to a business agreement. Invoicing documents for the business transaction are submitted to the active FI-CA in the SAP system.

When processing business transactions (order or contract creation), you can have the system determine an appropriate business agreement. For more information see Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Master Data ® Business Partner ® Business Agreement ® Create Business Agreement.

Integration

If you have connected an IS system to CRM by means of the Middleware, and you have activated the FI-CA component, the data for the contract account master is replicated automatically.

Assigning Business Agreements Use

With the assignment of a business agreement, you provide the contract accounting data required for business transactions for a contract object. Business transactions contain an account assignment reference of the combination business partner-business agreement-contract object.

Different state benefits and receivables can be levied for a contract object. Several business agreements can also be assigned to a contract object. The business partner classes of the individual business agreements reflect the different business transactions for a contract object. This could be property tax and waste disposal charges for example for a property.

Integration

Enhanced Business Partner Data

In the constituent data (BSP Application Accounts CRMM_ACCOUNT with view SLS_PS) you get a list of all business agreements for the selected business partner and an overview of all assigned contract objects for each business agreement on the tab page Business Agreements.

You cannot delete bank, address, and payment card data of a business partner if this data is linked to a business agreement or a contract object.

If more than one business agreement is assigned to a business partner, the business agreement classes of these business agreements must be different. This prevents an identical revenue or state benefit being assigned to a business partner more than once.

Features

In the application Contract Objects (BSP application CRMM_PRD_PSOB) on the tab page Business Agreements, you get a list of all business agreements assigned to the respective contract object.

By clicking on To Form View you can switch from a selected business agreement to detailed data on it. Note that the business agreement data in the BSP application Contract Objects is only available for display purposes. To make changes to the business agreement data, you must switch to the BSP application Accounts, by clicking on the link for the assigned business partner (column Account ID).

Creating Business Transactions

In the Customizing settings of the contract object in IMG activity Activate Contract Object for Item Categories, you can define that business transactions with certain Item Categories can only be posted if linked to a valid account assignment combination business partner-business agreement-contract object. When creating a service order for these business transactions, you must

· assign a contract object (obligatory input value)

· enter the ID of the contract object on tab page Reference Object in field Product ID as the main object

hope it will help you

Hi

It is perfectly possible to create business agreements for persons as well. It is more depending on in which bp role you wish to create a business agreement.

If you are currently not able to do so and you try to do this in a role which should allow business agreements, then there is probably something missing in the customising settings.

Go to SPRO - Cross application components - SAP business partner -Business partner - Basic settings - Field modifcations - Field attributes per BP role.

Check if view CRM130 is available for the bp role in which you try to create a business agreement. Furthermore check if field groups of view CRM130 are NOT set to "Hide".

If all those settings are correct, have a look in customising whether all settings are correct for the business agreement such as numberranges etc.

You can do this in SPRO - Customer Relationship Management - Master data - Business partner - Business agreement.

I hope u can solve ur problem

Reward points if helpful.
