New Servers

Dear all,

We are going to purchase new srvers for quality and developments, we use NT backup of these servers and I know that this backup is not restorable on other servers, I just want the same infrastucture on the newly purchased server including pach level and all the things I want as it is, what is the best way to acheive this, please guide?
