Dynamic Marquee text in webdynpro?

1.Application ZAPP1:-Having one input field in which user insert some text after press the SUBMIT button.

2.Application ZAPP2:- Inserted Text should get populate in this application but in MARQUEE style.

No navigation between the applications required .

Plz suggest me how to achive this requirement.
