Local member shifting cells

Hi Experts,

I am modifying an input form, I need to add a member property using a local member. There are two local members already on the column axis when I add a local member the existing local members are shifting one column right, I was trying to add the local member also on the column before.

In general it's possible to position local members in the correct sequence!
