Testing ITS URL in ECC6.0 showing errors...

Hi Experts,

I am trying to test my ITS server url from ECC6.0 it shows SSO not configured and some https error and asking login.

when I logon to WAS user Name and password then error.

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system ECD in transaction ST22.

Can any body suggest on this.
