    Hi Ravi,

Please execute the Validations used in the Branch step manually and check whether they are working fine because if there exists some problem in designing the workflow it would have not allowed you to save it.

    Hi Ravi,

Also set the Workflow action to manual and move only the records in the Workflow that satisfies the Validation criterias.

    Hi Ravi,

If you are using a branch step that means you are branching an activity to a group of activities.

So if you are using branch you need to merge those branched activities.

So your workflow should be something like this

    Start->Branch->(Process group with three prcess)->Merge->Stop.

Having three different Stops seems confusing to me.

Just check to see you are using the merge step to close your branch step.

And for each proces you have branched the validations properly.

    Hope it helps

Kindly reward points if found useful

    Thanks

    Simona

      Hi Folks,

I too have a workflow design which has got 3 STOPS. I have set 2 of them [with two diff Descriptions]to launch two differenct workflows and the third one to just STOP.

When I close and come back to see the workflow - both the 2 steps that launch other workflows - have the exact same description and both are now launching the same workflow !!.

This to me seems tobe a bug !!

      Any suggestions / workarounds.

    Hi Ravi,

You have used branch stencil and used 3 stop steps.Instead you may use seperate process steps and each has a stop step, which would make ur workflow more meaningful.

If you stick with the steps of the current workflow which you are using, pls check the branch statement validations. Also certain steps cannot be connected to merge.

    Thanks,

    Felix
