Using TQTA for Negative time eval, issue in quota accumulation & transfer

We are using negative time management.

Overtime is dealt through 2010. and we are not using substitution.

We have to use time evaluation for absence quota generation, transfer and lapsing of quota.

Do we need to use TM04 or can this be solved by using TQTA.

Issues using TQTA:

There are 2 cases:

1) Casual Leaves: they lapse every year, they are not prorated. BUT… when a person joins the company in Between the accrual period i.e., 1st Jul to 30th Jun, then:

• If he joins between 1st Jul to 31st Dec then he should get 10 days and

• If he joins between 1st Jan to 30th Jun then he will receive 5 days in the quota

2) Earned Leave: accrued semi-annually, unused quota is transferred to next year till max. entitlement is reached to 300, and is prorated. BUT… this leave contains 2 quotas:

• Encashable Earned leaves.

• Non-Encashable Earned Leaves.

Max. Entitlement of 300 is the sum of these 2 quotas and also once the max entitlement is reached only Encashable Earned leave quota can be credited for that period and once the sum of quota reached 311, both the quota will not have further credit to their account.

Can these 2 cases be taken care by TQTA?

Do we require to write a PCR for the same, if yes, then how do we write a PCR and tag to ZQTA (Copy of TQTA built).

What is the utility of TQTR PCR and how can we tag the same to TQTA.

Thanks in anticipation
