Leave quotas-for probation employees

Hi experts,

I have to configure the leave quotas for

Confirmed employees;

Annual – 14 days

Casual – 7 days

But in the First year of employment; the quota will be(ie during probation)

Annual – 0 days

½ days leave for each day completed until confirmation

Upon confirmation – 7 days minus any leave utilized

How to proceed with this scenario?
