Product Instances not showing any component

Hi all,

My SAP instances was connected to SAP Solman and Software -> Software Component Version is fully detected but tab Product Instances and Product Instances (details) is not showing anything. I have try to remove and connect again but it still nothing.

Because of that error, when I upload to SAP Support Portal and plan something like SUM, it can't make correct XML file (I want to upgrade to EHP8 on HANA). So I can't do anything.

My SAP Solman is 7.2 and my SAP Instance is EHP6 on HANA (IDES)

Can you guys help me?

2440648 - Installed Product Versions and Instances empty in LMDB

As long as I know IDES system you don't/can't perform maintenance.
