Hi,
I transported GP objects from a sandbox environment to a dev environment. All the objects didn't get transported. I undeployed the GP transport SDA in the dev environment hoping that all the folders and objects will be deleted. It doesn't happen so. Has anyone run into similar issue?
I manually deleted the objects under each folder. But when I try to delete the folder it comes with a message that the folder has references. I'm not sure where it's holding those references. Does anyone know where GP is holding those references.
Thanx,
Mahesh
Hi,
Yes, I faced the same issue.
To solve it, follow the steps:
1) Guided Procedures-> Administration -> Interactive Forms -> Maintain Queues -> Background Action Processor Queue , select all instances, click in delete button
2) Guided Procedures - > Administration -> Maintain Process -> Select the seven check boxes, click in find, confirm warning message clicking in Yes button, select all instances and click in Delete Instances button
3) Guided Procedures -> Administration -> Unlock Objects, click in Select All button and click in Unlock button
4) Guided Procedures -> Design Time -> Gallery -> Public Folder, select just process that you want to delete and click in delete button
5) Guided Procedures-> Design Time -> Gallery -> Deleted Items, select item, click in delete button if there are references, select de second option and click in enforce deletion.
